This no-bake Biscoff almond dessert is the perfect last-minute treat when you want something indulgent but don't want to spend time baking. It uses Pala-G Biscoff Almonds as the star ingredient — combining caramelised spice flavour with the natural sweetness of Greek yoghurt and honey.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup, crushed Pala-G Biscoff Almonds
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate shavings
- 1/4 cup Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly crush the Pala-G Biscoff Almonds in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Leave some larger pieces for texture.
- Take two serving glasses. Layer the bottom with half of the crushed Biscoff almonds.
- Spoon half of the yoghurt mixture on top, then add another layer of crushed almonds.
- Top with remaining yoghurt. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a few whole Biscoff almonds.
- Add fresh berries if using. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for best texture.
