1. Food, not medicine
All products sold by Pala-G India are food items — dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and flavoured preparations. They are not medicines, not drugs, not dietary supplements under Schedule H, and no product on this Website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical, nutritional, dietetic, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, elderly, on prescription medication, managing a chronic condition, preparing for surgery, or recovering from illness.
2. General nutrition information
Where we publish nutritional data (protein, fibre, vitamin E, magnesium, omega-3, etc.), the figures are sourced from:
- USDA FoodData Central (fdc.nal.usda.gov)
- NIH Office of Dietary Supplements (ods.od.nih.gov)
- FSSAI Indian Nutrient Databank
- Peer-reviewed journals cited inline
- NABL-accredited lab analysis of our own batches (where stated)
These are reference values for whole ingredients and not a guarantee of the nutritional content of any specific batch. Finished-product nutrition labels (where issued) supersede any figures published on this Website.
3. No medicinal or therapeutic claims
In line with the FSSAI (Advertising and Claims) Regulations 2018, no content on this Website may be read as making a medicinal, therapeutic, disease-prevention, or disease-cure claim. Where we use language such as "supports", "may contribute to", "part of a balanced diet", or "traditionally associated with", this language is chosen deliberately to remain within the regulatory framework for food products. It is not an endorsement of any specific health outcome for any specific individual.
4. Allergen disclosure
Our products contain and/or are manufactured in a facility that handles: tree nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia), sesame, milk, soy, and wheat. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact even on product lines labelled as single-nut. Customers with severe allergies should not consume our products without first confirming with our customer service team at Ourpalag@gmail.com.

10. Jurisdiction-specific notes
- India: Regulated by FSSAI (licence 23323001002867) and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
- EU / EEA / UK: Products exported to these regions comply with the Food Information to Consumers Regulation 1169/2011 and Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation 1924/2006.
- USA: Products exported to the USA are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are food items under the FDCA, not dietary supplements under DSHEA.
- UAE: Products comply with ESMA food labelling and Halal certification where applicable.
