What counts as a successful referral?
Your friend must be a new Pala-G customer (first-ever order) and the order must be ₹999 or more after any other discounts. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count.
When does my ₹150 credit post?
The moment your friend’s order is paid and confirmed. It shows up as 1,500 Pala-G Coins in your account dashboard (1,500 coins = ₹150 off).
How do I use the ₹150 I earned?
At checkout, your Pala-G Coins balance auto-applies as store credit. No code needed. Max 10% of any single order can be redeemed via coins.
Does my referral link expire?
Your link never expires. The ₹150 discount for your friend is stored in their browser for 30 days — if they order within that window, it auto-applies.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No limit. Refer 5 friends, earn ₹750. Refer 50, earn ₹7,500. The only cap is the 10% per-order redemption rule when spending your coins.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and orders to the same address/phone are detected and ineligible. Pala-G reserves the right to reverse fraudulent credits.
Can the referral be combined with other codes?
The ₹150 new-customer discount cannot stack with other discount codes. Your friend picks the best one at checkout.
Is my friend’s data shared with me?
No. Pala-G only tells you when a referral converted — never who or what they bought. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Programme terms: Referral credit posts after the referred friend completes a qualifying first order of ₹999+ after discounts. Credit is issued as Pala-G Coins (1,500 coins = ₹150) with a 6-month expiry from the earn date, and is subject to the standard 10% per-order redemption cap. Referral discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Pala-G India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this programme at any time without notice.
