Frequently asked
What counts as a successful referral?
Your friend must be a new Pala-G customer (first-ever order), use your link or code, and the order must be ₹999 or more. If that order is cancelled or refunded, the reward can be cancelled.
When do I get my ₹150?
As soon as your friend’s order is paid, a one-time ₹150 voucher code appears in “Your rewards” on this page (sign in to see it).
How do I use the ₹150 I earned?
Enter the voucher code at checkout on any order of ₹999 or more. Each voucher works once and is valid for 6 months.
Does my referral link expire?
Your link and code never expire. When your friend opens your link, the ₹150 discount is added at checkout automatically on that visit (for 30 days if they accept cookies). They can always type your code at checkout.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No limit. Refer 5 friends, earn five ₹150 vouchers (₹750). Use one voucher per order.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Orders placed from your own account are not rewarded, and Pala-G can cancel vouchers earned through duplicate accounts or misuse.
Can the referral be combined with other codes?
The ₹150 new-customer discount cannot stack with other discount codes. Your friend picks the best one at checkout.
Is my friend’s data shared with me?
No. You only see that a referral converted and your voucher — never who ordered or what they bought. See our Privacy Policy for details.
