Which is the best pista for you?

What decides the pista price per kg
Pistachios are mostly imported, so origin and kernel size drive the price, along with shelled versus in-shell (shelled kernels cost more per kg) and flavouring. The price table above shows our live pack prices, inclusive of GST.
Iranian vs American pistachios
Iranian pistachios are often smaller with a more intense, nutty flavour; American (California) pistachios are usually larger and milder. Pistachio origin matters for taste; our plain pistachios come from both origins.
How to store pistachios
Keep pistachios in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. In summer, refrigerate them to keep them fresh; keep chocolate-coated pista below 25°C.
