Wholesale FAQs
Who can buy wholesale (B2B) dry fruits from Pala-G?
Retailers and kiranas, cafés and cloud kitchens, hotels and caterers, gifting companies, distributors and brands. Wholesale and HoReCa start at 10 kg per product, with one bulk price per kg; white label and export start at 25 kg per product.
How is the wholesale price worked out?
One price per kg for each product, based on our live 1 kg website price and the same at any volume above the minimum. Email the products, pack size and quantity to Ourpalag@gmail.com; we reply with a price table, usually within one working day. Prices are subject to change until a formal quotation, and we are open to negotiation when you proceed to order.
Do you give samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Buy the 100 g pack (or the smallest pack listed) of each product on our website, check it, then send your bulk requirement. On a bulk order, part of the sample cost is adjusted against the order, depending on its size.
What are the payment terms?
100% advance with the order, or 50% advance and 50% before the goods are released. You are welcome to inspect the goods before dispatch. We don't offer credit.
How fast are bulk orders delivered?
The dispatch date is confirmed in your quotation. Delivery then takes 2–5 working days to metros and 3–7 days elsewhere in India.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order carries a GST invoice from Shri Balaji Overseas Trading Company (GSTIN 07AQIPG7351G1ZU) with HSN codes. Share your GSTIN before dispatch so you can claim input tax credit.
Can you pack in my brand's pouches?
Yes, from 25 kg per product. We fill your own branded pouches, jars or tins to any weight at our FSSAI-licensed facility, or supply 10 kg bulk bags for you to pack. See Private Label.
Do you supply mixed dry fruits in bulk?
Yes. Royal Nut Mix, Daily Mix Special, Five Jewels Mix, Cocktail Dry Fruits, Trail Mix Seeds and our other mixes are sold in bulk from 10 kg per product.
