Shipping Policy

Shri Balaji Overseas Trading Company ("Pala-G India") ships orders across India through third-party logistics partners. Exact service levels may change based on destination, weather, holidays, and carrier capacity.

1. Processing time

We aim to process and hand over orders to the courier within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (festivals, sales), processing may take longer; we will communicate delays when we are aware of them. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day from our warehouse.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): typically 2โ€“4 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities and other serviceable pincodes: typically 3โ€“7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote pincodes: 5โ€“10 business days depending on carrier coverage.
  • Estimated delivery is indicative only and not a guarantee unless we explicitly confirm a fixed date in writing.
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs (for export-bound movements arranged separately), force majeure, or incorrect address details are outside our direct control.

3. Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders โ‚น999 and above across India. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Bulk, wholesale, and international orders are quoted separately per shipment.

4. Address and contact

You are responsible for a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery due to wrong details, refusal, or repeated unavailability may incur additional charges or non-refund of shipping where applicable.

5. Tracking

When available, we share tracking information or updates through WhatsApp, email, or your order channel. If you do not receive tracking, contact us on WhatsApp.

6. Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage passes in line with our commercial terms and the carrier's terms, unless applicable law says otherwise. If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos (see our refund policy).

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, carrier failures, or severe weather โ€” consistent with standard e-commerce delivery disclaimers used across the industry.

8. Export and bulk shipments

International or large B2B shipments may use different incoterms, documentation (IEC AQIPG7351G, invoices), and timelines. Those are agreed per wholesale / RFQ correspondence.
