What's the minimum order quantity for bulk ingredients?
MOQ is 5 kg per grade for the wholesale tier — designed so bakeries and sweet shops can order multiple grades to test recipes without locking up working capital. For bulk and tender pricing, MOQ steps up to 25 kg, 100 kg, and 1000 kg respectively, with progressively sharper pricing.
Do you provide samples before a large order?
Yes. For first-time buyers placing 100 kg+ orders, we ship a 250g–500g sample pack of the requested grade for kitchen trial. Sample cost is charged at retail and credited back in the first invoice once the bulk order is placed.
How fast can you dispatch?
Orders confirmed and paid before 2 PM IST dispatch the same day, 7 days a week. Tier 1 metros receive in 2–3 working days; pan-India in 4–7 days via Delhivery + Shiprocket. Sea-freight export consignments take 10–14 days from confirmation to gate-out.
Can you handle export documentation?
Yes. With our active IEC AQIPG7351G we issue complete export documentation: Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin (COO), FSSAI export NoC, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / AWB. We also handle CHA coordination at JNPT, Mundra, and Delhi ICD.
Do you offer cold-chain for chocolate-coated grades?
Yes. For chocolate-coated and chocodip grades we use insulated thermo-cool boxes with ice gel packs for first-mile transport, and recommend reefer-truck consignment for any order above 50 kg in summer months (April–September).
Can you bid for government tenders?
Yes. We hold the GSTIN, IEC, and FSSAI required to bid on Indian Government tenders, GeM portal listings, Defence canteens, Indian Railways / IRCTC supply, and PSU contracts. We provide custom per-tender quotes; your tender team can email Ourpalag@gmail.com with the RFP document.
What's the lead time for 1000+ kg orders?
Standard grades ship within 3–5 working days from PO confirmation. Custom-graded or specialty orders (e.g. bespoke pista 2-piece for a confectionery line) take 7–10 working days. We hold dedicated buffer stock at our Khari Baoli source to honour repeat institutional supply.
Do you offer batch traceability and FSSAI compliance certificates?
Every dispatch carries a unique batch code, FSSAI lot certificate, and (on request) a third-party lab report covering moisture, aflatoxin, pesticide residues, and microbial parameters. Compliance docs are emailed alongside the invoice — no extra charge.
