Yes. All Pala-G products are manufactured under FSSAI certification (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). Our FSSAI licence number is 23323001002867. We also hold an active IEC (Import Export Code: AQIPG7351G) for international trade and a registered GSTIN (07AQIPG7351G1ZU).

Shelf life varies by product: plain/salted dry fruits 6–12 months, flavoured/coated varieties 3–6 months, chocolate dipped 2–3 months. All products display the manufacturing and best-before dates on packaging.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Chocolate dipped and cream-flavoured products should be refrigerated in summer (above 30°C). Refrigeration extends shelf life for all opened packs.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI via Razorpay. COD is available for an additional ₹49. For B2B customers, credit terms of 7–30 days are available after account verification.

Several of our plain, lightly salted, and savoury dry fruits are suitable as part of a diabetic-friendly diet. However, sweetened, sugar-coated, and chocolate-dipped varieties contain added sugar. Makhana (fox nuts) has a very low glycaemic index and is widely recommended by nutritionists. Please consult your doctor or dietitian for personalised advice.

Most Pala-G products are vegan-friendly. Exceptions include honey-coated variants and products with dairy-based coatings (e.g. Cream & Onion, Cheese flavours, Kulfi, Tiramisu). Each product page lists full ingredients. When in doubt, WhatsApp us and we will confirm before you order.

Pala-G products are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios), sesame, and dairy. Products may contain traces of these allergens even if not listed as primary ingredients. All allergen information is printed on the label in accordance with FSSAI regulations.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. As these are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once packs are opened. Please photograph the issue and contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Full details in our /policies/refund-policy.
