For retail orders, there is no minimum — order even a single 100g pack. For bulk/wholesale pricing, the MOQ is 10 kg per SKU, with one price per kg above that; white label and export start at 25 kg per SKU (export also needs a minimum of USD 3,000 per order).

Yes! Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above; below ₹999 a flat ₹150 shipping charge applies. COD available for an additional ₹49.

Major metros: 2–4 business days. Rest of India: 3–7 business days. Express delivery available in select cities. All orders ship via Bluedart, Delhivery, or Ekart with live tracking shared on WhatsApp.

Yes. All Pala-G products are manufactured under FSSAI certification (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). Our FSSAI licence number is 13325001000511. We also hold an active IEC (Import Export Code: AQIPG7351G) for international trade and a registered GSTIN (07AQIPG7351G1ZU).

All our products — plain and salted dry fruits, flavoured/coated varieties and chocolate dipped — are best before 6–9 months from packing (store in a cool, dry place). All products display the manufacturing (packing) and best-before dates on packaging. Keep chocolate dipped and flavoured/coated varieties below 25°C.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Chocolate dipped and cream-flavoured products should be refrigerated in summer (above 30°C). Refrigeration extends shelf life for all opened packs.

Yes — HoReCa is a core focus for Pala-G. We supply to cloud kitchens, premium hotels, wedding caterers, and corporate event companies across India. Ready hampers have no minimum; for 10+ hampers we send a proposal with photos, 25+ hampers get volume pricing, and custom branded boxes with your logo start at 50 units. Yes. Private label and custom packaging is available from 25 kg per SKU: we fill your own branded pouches, jars or tins at our FSSAI-licensed facility, or supply 10 kg bulk bags for you to pack. You hold your brand's FSSAI licence and own the label and its compliance documentation; we don't print packaging. Visit /private-label for options and timelines.

Yes. We have an active IEC (AQIPG7351G) and currently export to UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Singapore, and Canada. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin; a phytosanitary certificate is arranged per order, and HS codes and country-specific labelling stay with the importer. Export starts at 25 kg per SKU (or 100 retail packs per SKU) and USD 3,000 per order. Contact us via /export for FOB pricing and country-specific requirements.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI via Razorpay. COD is available for an additional ₹49. B2B orders are paid 100% in advance, or 50% with the order and 50% before dispatch; we don't offer credit terms.

We don’t make diabetes-suitability claims for any product. Sweetened, sugar-coated, and chocolate-dipped varieties contain added sugar. Please consult your doctor or dietitian for personalised advice.

We don't label products as vegan. Honey-coated variants and dairy-coated products (Cream & Onion, Cheese, Kulfi, Tiramisu) contain animal-derived ingredients. Each product page lists full ingredients. When in doubt, WhatsApp us and we will confirm before you order.

Each product page lists what that product contains (for example tree nuts, milk or sulphites). Pala-G products are produced in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios), sesame, soy and dairy, so products may contain traces of these allergens even if not listed as primary ingredients. All allergen information is printed on the label in accordance with FSSAI regulations.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. As these are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once packs are opened. Please photograph the issue and contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Full details in our /policies/refund-policy.
