Badam pista kataran (बादाम पिस्ता कतरन, dry fruit kataran) is a ready mix of thin almond and pistachio slivers: the sweet-shop garnish, at home.
Cream almonds and bright green pista make kheer, kulfi, rabdi, phirni, shahi tukda, sheer khurma and biryani look as good as they taste.
How to enjoy: Sprinkle over sweets and desserts just before serving, or fold into kulfi, ice cream and cakes.
