What is the minimum export order to Singapore?
Export starts at 25 kg per product (or 100 retail packs per product), with a minimum of USD 3,000 per order. One price per kg for each product above the minimum.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB (Mundra / Nhava Sheva, sea) and FCA (air); CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP are quoted on request — freight, insurance and duty are extra.
Which export documents do you supply?
We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin (COO); a phytosanitary certificate and other customs paperwork your market needs are arranged per order. Licence numbers: FSSAI Lic. 13325001000511 · IEC AQIPG7351G. Copies of our licence and other documents are shared when an order is confirmed.
How do samples work for buyers in Singapore?
Samples are bought on our website: buyers outside India pay for trial packs at website prices and send their courier to collect them. On a bulk order, part of the sample cost is adjusted against the order, depending on its size. Payment: 100% advance, or 50% with the order and 50% before the goods are released; we don't offer credit.
