About this Product
Pistachio slivers (पिस्ता कतरन, pista katran or pista lachha, also called pista flakes) are fine green strips of pistachio, cut thin for garnish.
The bright green and purple threads finish kulfi, rabdi, kheer, phirni, shahi tukda and biryani the way sweet shops do, with no chopping at home.
How to enjoy: Sprinkle over desserts and sweets just before serving, fold into ice cream and cakes, or scatter over pulao and biryani.
