About this Product
W320 cashews (काजू W320) are whole, white cashew kernels: the most popular cashew grade in Indian homes, sweet shops and kitchens.
W320 cashew meaning: "white wholes, about 320 kernels per pound" (roughly 700 per kg). They are medium-sized, crunchy and creamy, a little smaller than W240 and great value for daily use.
How to enjoy: Snack on them raw, roast with a pinch of salt and pepper, grind into gravy paste, or use in kaju katli, pulao and kheer.
