About this Product
Cashew splits (काजू दो टुकड़ा, kaju 2 tukda, also sold as broken kaju halves) are white cashew kernels split naturally into two halves.
They taste exactly like whole cashews but cost less, which makes them the kitchen favourite for gravies, biryani, upma, halwa and sweets where whole kaju is not needed.
How to enjoy: Fry in ghee for pulao and biryani, add to upma and poha, or grind into rich gravy paste.
