About this Product
Blanched almonds (छिले हुए बादाम) are whole almonds with the brown skin already removed: creamy white and ready to use.
Peeled almonds give badam halwa, badam burfi, badam milk and macarons a smooth texture and a clean white colour, without the soaking and peeling at home.
How to enjoy: Grind into a fine paste for badam halwa and badam milk, slice for garnish, or toast lightly for snacking.
